Overwatch arrives at the Nintendo Switch. He arrives on October 15, in a month. This port will bring the competitive shooting game to the first person for the first time in portable mode.
The community leader, Nazih Fares, shared the first details on the performance of the game on Nintendo Switch. Rates have also been shared with the developer of this new version, which will not be treated (at least not entirely) internally at Blizzard.
We have worked closely with Iron Galaxy to bring the game to Switch, Fares said the question of who was working on this new version of the FPS. They were an excellent partner to work in the development process.
Iron Galaxy is known for its work on ports, which include Triple-paid titles on Nintendo Switch. Among these, we can find Skyrim, Diablo III, trilogy revived by Spyro and CRASH BANDICOOT N. SANE TRILOGY.
Overwatch works correctly at 30 IPS with connected 900p and 720p outputs not connected.

Also, in terms of performance, we have some first details on how overwatch works on Nintendo Switch. It comes with a resolution of 900p in TV and 720p mode in portable mode. However, the rate is 30 frames per second - two times less than that of the Playstation 4 and the Xbox One.
This could be a little disappointing, but it is certain that the cost of a stable gaming experience for both modes is high. We understand why Blizzard is so cautious about crossed game, because 30 frames per second will make a very different game on Switch.
